TandPay is a Rwandan software platform for social-commerce transactions. Buyers pay using MTN MoMo or Airtel Money, sellers deliver, and payment is released after delivery confirmation.
tandpay LTD was admitted to the National Bank of Rwanda Regulatory Sandbox on 30 July 2026. Public transactions remain paused while sandbox onboarding and launch-readiness conditions are completed. Sandbox admission is not a payment-service-provider licence or endorsement.
